![]() To put music onto a music player should kinda be like putting gas in a car and not require engineering your own pump or buying your own refinery. A nano is bad enough, no way in hell do I want anything more than that. Forget about buying a macbook as no touch screen on a notebook is a total fail to me not to mention its going deeper into the hole. Run a VM uh, I vaguely even understand what that is about and I can build my own pc from parts, I feel sorry for the average Joe who just wants to put some music on his player. You have to almost shake your head in disbelief at how something so simple can become so crazy. Is there anything obvious here that might not be set up correct? You would think this would be simple stuff in 2015 but alas it isn't. ![]() I'd love to stomp the nano to the curb but am stuck with it for the interim. It supposedly supports ipod things but alas, no workey here. Alas it won't even see nano when I plug it in or my Ibasso. So I put on Clementine, a player I quite like actually. Regardless, it isn't working to send or delete music. It also doesn't want to seem to do the auto convert to dumbed down mp3 format and seems to 'send' flac files to the player in the browser. It will even show on its browser that removal has happened and addition has happened but on the player itself, nothing has changed. ![]() It shows up in Musicbee (yay), I can supposedly delete and put music onto the device but tend to get 'object reference not set to an instance of an object error' whatever the hell that means at the end of the operation. ![]() I use Musicbee with my Ibasso dx50 and its sweet. I don't want Itunes on my computer as it simply doesn't go away even with un-installs (in my experience anyway, its like Norton, virus like for removal, ymmv). ![]() All the music we have is in flac format so no workey on apple products. ![]()
